On behalf of the Organizing Committee, it is my great pleasure to warmly welcome you to CAST 2027 – the 20^th Congress of the Asian Society of Transplantation, to be held in the vibrant city of Pattaya, Thailand.

There are many reasons why CAST 2027 will be a congress not to be missed:

1. Celebrating the advancement of transplantation in Asia
   CAST 2027 will bring together leading healthcare professionals from across Asia and beyond to share knowledge, exchange experiences, and explore the latest advances in organ transplantation.

   December is one of the most pleasant times of the year to visit Pattaya. Beyond the scientific program, delegates will have the opportunity to enjoy its beautiful coastline, vibrant atmosphere, and many attractions.
   
   
3. Celebrating 20 years since Thailand last hosted CAST
   Thailand was officially selected to host CAST 2027 with the support of the AST Council in Hong Kong in 2023. Twenty years after Thailand last hosted this congress, we are committed to making CAST 2027 another memorable milestone under the theme “The Horizon of Transplantation in Asia.”
   
   
4. Inspiring the next generation
   We especially encourage young healthcare professionals and investigators to join us, present their work, and share their experiences. CAST 2027 will offer Young Investigator Awards and many opportunities to learn, exchange ideas, and connect with leading experts in transplantation.
